The questions we are actually asked by importers, own-brand retailers and HoReCa distributors — answered without marketing language.

What is the minimum order quantity?

In principle one 20'FCL per variety, and we are flexible for trial orders and multi-variety mixed containers. For a first order we can quote a mixed container across varieties so a buyer can test several SKUs at once.

What is the lead time?

Typically 45-60 days from PO confirmation, depending on product, pack format and season. Raw-material seasonality is the main variable, and we confirm the schedule against your requested delivery window before order.

Can you pack under our own brand?

Yes. Private label and OEM are core parts of the business: your recipe or ours, your pack format, your label artwork and barcode, and market-specific compliance checked per destination market.

Which certifications do you hold?

BRCGS, IFS, ISO 22000 and HACCP at production-site level, BSCI and SEDEX social audits, and an EcoVadis Silver (74/100) sustainability rating. Certificate copies and a sample CoA are available on request.

Do you support buyer audits and third-party inspection?

Yes. Factory, QA and CSR audits are supported and we host buyer-appointed auditors and inspection agencies. Pre-shipment inspection can be arranged with your nominated agency.

What documentation comes with each shipment?

A Certificate of Analysis per batch, plus health certificate, certificate of origin, free sale certificate and embassy certification as required by the destination market.

How is quality controlled during production?

In-line QC on the production lines, a QC team with 28+ years of canning and food-export experience, raw material intake checks, and traceability from raw material lot to production lot to container.

What product categories can you supply?

Canned vegetables, canned fruits, canned fish and seafood, beans and legumes, sauces and condiments, noodles and snacks, teas, and organic and functional products — supplied in bulk or with the buyer's own brand on the pack.

Send us the product, target pack format and destination market. We reply with a specification sheet, indicative pricing and a lead-time confirmation; samples follow for the agreed varieties.
