What a co-packing partnership with us actually covers

• Product development — your recipe, your target Brix / salt / texture, our canning lines. We reverse-engineer benchmark products and return a written specification for your approval before any production.
• Brand-ready packaging — can size, lid type (EOE / standard), label artwork, carton print, palletisation and container loading plan prepared for your retail or foodservice format.
• Compliance paperwork — health certificate, certificate of origin, free sale certificate, embassy certification, and CoA per batch, prepared for your customs broker.
• One accountable supply chain — raw material cultivation → canning → QC → loading, controlled by one QC team. No trading intermediaries between you and the line.

What we need from you to quote

Your product, target market, can size, approximate annual volume, packaging format, label compliance requirements (EU / UK / US), and required certifications for that market. With those we return a specification sheet and indicative pricing.

How a programme runs

1. Brief → you send product + market + volume
2. Specification → we return recipe, can size, packaging, labelling and compliance plan
3. Samples → pre-production samples for your panel and lab
4. PO & production → production slot confirmed, in-line QC, CoA per batch
5. QC & loading → pre-shipment inspection, container loading photos, documents issued

Practical terms

• MOQ: in principle one 20'FCL per variety; flexible for trial orders and multi-variety mixed containers.
• Lead time: typically 45–60 days from PO confirmation, depending on variety seasonality.
• Seasonality: we plan around harvest windows per product — tell us your required arrival date and we work backwards.
