Production-site certifications

• BRCGS — food-safety certification held at the production sites we run and pack on.
• IFS — International Featured Standards certification for food manufacturers.
• ISO 22000 — food safety management system.
• HACCP — hazard analysis and critical control points, applied line by line.

Social compliance

• BSCI — audited facilities under the amfori BSCI framework.
• SEDEX — SEDEX SMETA social audits, with support for buyer-arranged social audits on request.

Sustainability rating

• EcoVadis: Silver (74/100) — an independent sustainability rating covering environment, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement.

Documentation issued per shipment

• Certificate of Analysis (CoA) — issued per batch; raw material lot → production lot → container traceability.
• Health certificate, certificate of origin, free sale certificate and embassy certification — available per destination market.
• Specification sheet and sample CoA — supplied on request before order.

Buyer and third-party audits

• Factory audits, QA audits and CSR/social audits are supported; we host buyer-appointed auditors and inspection agencies at the production sites.
• Pre-shipment inspection can be arranged with the buyer's nominated agency.
